Bobby Deneke

WOW! What can I saw about Bobby other than THANK YOU!!!!!! My father recently passed away and left a home that was left in disrepair. Bobby was exceptional. He took a diamond in the rough and made it into a polished diamond. He took unbelievable photo's of the property, which highlighted the location of the property ( via drone ), and the views from the porch and surrounding area.. It highlighted what the property had to offer, and that the home, although in rough shape, would be a buyers dream with a minimal amount of work and money. His knowledge about real estate and related laws was unbelievable. In the end, we sold the house from far more tan I thought we would. The best thing about Bobby Denneke is his moral and ethical approach to doing business. He was more concerned about doing the right thing and taking care of a grieving family than making money for himself. He doesn't cut corner, or leave things out just to save himself the work. That in it's self is rare, but in real estate, it's unheard of. He is truly a phenomenal realtor, but he is better human being. I would recommend Bobby to anyone who wants to buy/sell a home.
