Bobby was available and willing to always answer any questions I ever had. He took photos and staged my house for free and even did the work. He also let me borrow his pressure washer. I never felt like I was making a bad decision when we talked. He balanced my input as an owner in with his experience very well. I wanted to change agents thinking it would help but Bobby had data to support his claim of high traffic but us being in a slow marketing our area. Once a solid offer came in, he helped negotiate to what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured into taking a bad deal. He was fair on his rates and has benefits for using him twice (sell/buy).
