After 22 years in criminal justice, B.J. Spamer transitioned into the Northern Colorado real estate market as both a Mortgage Loan Originator and REALTOR®. She has been a real estate investor since 2017 and is currently completing a Master of Real Estate from the University of Colorado, Boulder, focusing on real estate investment and finance.
B.J. is a seasoned professional with integrity and a focus on serving others first. From first-time home buyers to experienced real estate investors, she helps clients seamlessly transition from the initial loan application to the closing table.
Prior to entering real estate, B.J. was a Forensic Case Manager with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, an Intelligence Analyst, and an Executive Director for a national missing and unidentified person program. She currently volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) and provides pro bono consultations on cases and issues related to missing and unidentified persons.
B.J. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences with a minor in Business, a second Bachelor's Degree in English, and a Master of Forensic Science.
