Bobbie did an awesome job getting the property listed, having numerous caravans and giving great advise on how to sell. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She was also very patient and handled our situation with compassion and grace.
I honestly don’t have words strong enough to describe how great Bobbie was for us, but I’ll try. We had a niche house at a relatively high price point that needed to find the right buyer who “fit” the house and she found them. I don’t mean they just walked in...I mean she targeted the right kinds of people and SOLD the house. I don’t mean “sold” like she was the selling agent (she wasn’t). I mean she “sold” the house like a sales person sells something. I’ve never seen a real estate agent with those skills...and I’m in sales. She was a relentless marketer, she followed up with EVERY single lead tirelessly, she communicated with us beyond frequently and bounced ideas back and forth with us. She told us what we needed to do to really optimize all our leads and talked through with us options for everything from pricing to negotiations. We’ve bought and sold 8 houses in the last 20 years and NEVER had an agent or experience as great as we had with Bobbie. We’ve had some good agents, but she was beyond “next-level.”. Think about all the pitches you’ve ever heard from other agents that are too good to be true, and know that she’s even better than that. Just hire her!
Overall I found Bobbie to be well-informed and insightful in both buying and selling. Her two books were easy reads and informative. My only concern is that she was a bit impatient in the end game but by the end we got a price above our asking price. In purchasing she was careful with COVID precautions when we visited potential homes and had a critical eye for the houses we visited. Her insight into the negotiation for both price and issues was helpful.
My wife and I have more specific needs than what I believe is average. Our main drivers were convenience, beauty, school system, and a very specific layout that would work with our at home business. After dozens of house viewings with Bobbie, getting closer and closer as she learned our must haves, we walked in and she nailed it. We went back and forth on risky counteroffers and we felt like Bobbie had our backs the whole time with good communication and advice.
