BJ is kind, considerate and helpful!! She not only told us the things we needed to do for a good response to sell, but she actually came and helped at times. Our home was under contract within 48 the first time we put it on the market, and we had to go back on due to the client, we had it under contract within 36 hours. She was always great about explaining documents to us, and when it came to our time to purchase, she heard our dreams and she searched for them without giving up. She prayed with us when we got overwhelmed and she sent us encouragement during time of exhaustion. She is such a great person and helpful agent and friend.
