We purchased a house with Bobbie in fall off 2017. She was absolute fabulous. We were new to the area and her knowledge of the area was huge help. We were very particular on house size and yard layout. Bobbie was very responsive and helpfully. I think most agents would have given up on us. After weeks of looking she found a house that would work for us. After we made an offer and it was accepted we had a very tight time frame on moving. Bobbie stayed on top of the bank and the other agent to make sure the house closed on time, again she was fabulous. She is an aggressive negotiator and made sure we received what was promised. I think most agents would have given up and said that just the way home buying works, but Bobbie made sure they fixed everything. When we move we will use Bobbie again.
