We had purchased a house in 2015 for our son to live in while he was attending The Evergreen State College and Bobbi Kelly represented the seller. She was extremely helpful in closing that rather complicated short sale with us then and when it was time for us to sell it last May, we clearly wanted to work with her again. She went over and above all of our expectations and made the experience as trouble free as possible by doing all the work we would have done if we were living in Olympia and not in Boston, like hauling out the trash left by the tenants, doing extensive landscaping, painting both the interior and exterior of the house, hiring electrical and plumbing subcontractors to attend to minor repairs and dealing with a rather picky FHA appraiser. She kept a positive attitude despite an unprecedented heat wave that coincided with the open house and a pandemic induced crazed sellers market. We highly recommend working with Bobbi if you want to sell your property in Olympia or Thurston county.
