Bob was our listing agent. He did an outstanding job. His process and presentation in helping us to determine our asking price was well thought out and impressive. His use of advertising (including social media) was excellent. His customer service was outstanding. We received multiple officers within the first week and settled on an offer that was above our asking price. The process was very smooth thanks to Bob.
