Bob Wipplinger is the BEST AGENT! He is totally an 'All hands on deck' kind of guy. He did things to help me that I would never have expected a realtor to do. And my goodness...does he know people. He introduced me to the nicest people that were also able to help me! I had no real estate experience when this journey started and he was so kind and patient with all of my (too many) questions. And since I also now own 2 other properties, he has been there for me to answer (more!) questions in regards to them too. However, this survey requests my experience with Bob in regards to market knowledge, communication and professionalism. He has solid market knowledge and explained things to me as everything progressed. I actually started reading and learning about real estate. He is the greatest communicator, always taking/returning my calls/texts quickly and explaining things simply. He is a true professional, not too rigid, not too casual, just right. I am so glad and thankful that I found Bob. Not just as the BEST EVER realtor, but also as new friend. (Along with everyone he introduced me too). I am forever grateful to have met him.

Bob made sure to tell us from the very beginning, he was available to show us any property, any time, and answer any question about any process we went through. That kind of certainty made us feel very comfortable telling him our honest thoughts and concerns. People had told us home buying was a stressful process, but with Bob on our side, it really wasn’t.

We did not have your typical listing so we didn't want just a typical realtor. Bob was very knowledgeable and professional. The property I was selling was my fathers house. This was an Estate sale, selling the property as is. Bob was helpful during the sell process, especially during time of settlement since our settlement date had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Knowledge of neighborhood & home values was good resulting in quick sale at full asking price. This was an estate sale with co-executors one of whom was out of the country at settlement date. This unusual situation created special circumstances requiring creativity and attention to communication. Bob worked diligently to minimize stress and chaos. Buyer’s realtor (also a Remax agent was not helpful nor was the Title company.) Bob always brought professionalism to the process for which we are grateful.
