Bob is friendly, professional, and accessible. Bob was always prompt with communication and made himself available when I needed him. He was knowledgeable about the market and had good recommendations that resulted in a timely transaction that met my expectations. He had good recommendations for local contacts on services needed to prepare for the sale, and his networking skills helped us acquire information that guided our decision making. He also provides plenty of useful information to his clients. This is the second time I've had Bob as my agent because I liked him the first time, and I'm glad I picked him again.

We are so thankful that his dedication and breadth of experience helped us get into our first home during such a stressful time in the housing market.
