I absolutely loved working with Bob Souza when purchasing our first home. I couldn't recommend him more. He took the time to find us the perfect lender, that made us feel comfortable. He was great with negotiating the price with the seller. He didn't miss a beat! He was honest when it came to pro and cons with all the properties we looked at, including checking into the neighborhood. I'm in love with our home, neighborhood, it's everything we wanted.

Bob was great to work with- patient, knowledgable and follows through. Had a great experience start to finish, even as some unexpected items came up selling our house. Would highly recommend Bob Souza!
