Him and his wife was very professional but very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!
DJ and the rest of the team made my first experience selling a house as smooth and seamless as possible. They were quick to answer all of my questions, as well as give me their honest and helpful feedback through both the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend working with DJ to anyone looking to buy or sell property and if I could give him more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Amazing experience all around!!
Even though I'm an agent myself, I hire Brandon Cox and Bob to sell my real estate for me. The system is that good. Your doctor is a specialist. The doctor isn't the one scheduling follow ups, checking all of the vitals, and running around like a one man team. The system of having a specialist focused on their job with the support staff to handle the rest, not only maximizes the sale price, but it also creates an experience like few others in real estate. There's never been a more important time to hire a skilled agent with a strategic plan. If you have any intentions of selling in the next year, reach out to the New Home Collective
From start to finish, every phase of the process was handled with professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to me, the customer, as well as the total experience. Best realty company I ever had! And, I have a few.
Great experience! Professional staff, courteous and knowledgeable as well as responsive and reliable. I definitely recommend them and will use them again!
We have always sold our properties on our own, Corey Barron was the first realtor we had ever hired due to our property being 740 miles away from our current location. Corey was very knowledgeable in helping us with the sell of our property, any questions I had he knew the answer for, and i had a lot of them with him being the first realtor i had ever hired.I am grateful for Corey and his patience and forgiveness, my misunderstanding of several forms and questions probably pushed him over the edge several times, and for that I am sorry. Thank you for your help with the sell of our property. We highly recommend Bob Sophiea realities and his crew.
Send me a link to review Corey Barron and I will be happy to do so. He was a great agent. I do not know Bob.
Bob helped us buy an investment property - sight unseen - and was our eyes and guide through the process. He applied his local market knowledge to give us confidence in moving forward with a strong offer that was accepted. We are very happy with our outcome.
Bob and his team are amazing to work with and made the process of not only selling my home but purchasing my new home a breeze. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering selling or buying their home.
Where do I start? Well, while I sit here in my rental apartment, after I was promised I wouldn't be homeless by Bob and his team: we ended up having to rent an apartment because they did not deliver on their promise. 1. They got the dates mixed up when it came to listing my house 2. They did not listen to what I was looking for in a house and/or where 3. They were very unresponsive 4. I had to do all the legwork (identify properties > call them) 5. They did not provide the proper advice when making offers 6. Very unprofessional and poor communication I found a beautiful home, my dream home, in the subdivision of Indigo Run, Richmond, KY. We put in an offer that was rejected, in part because we were not advised by this team, and therefore, the offer was weak. After that, no other house came close to that house and it did not matter how many times I said, "I want a house like the one on Palmetto and I want to live in Indigo Run”, they did not listen. They promised they would go door to door to ask homeowners in the area if they were interested in selling, this did not happen. We found another house (and when I say “we”, I mean, my husband and I; this team will not bother to contact you with any potential properties; you will be doing all the work yourself). We put in an offer on this house, again we were not advised in any way, shape, or form. They decided the amount and the terms of the offer. After the inspection was done on the property, it came to light that the house was a hot mess and that It needed a ton of work; my husband and I we were not about to purchase somebody else’s problem, and especially not when the asking price was $440K. After a lot of back and forth with Bob’s team, they finally got the sellers to release the contract and we were able to walk away. However, this put us back on square one: homeless. The feeling of being homeless it’s by far the worst feeling I have ever felt in my life.
