Bob Smith

When it comes to selling and buying with Bob Smith I don't have enough good words to use about him. He had double duty with me as his client. He agreed to sell my home in Rock Hill and the work with me as a buyer for the new house. He and his partner first came into the house I was selling and did some updates to make it more saleable. There maybe was more than I thought I was going to have to do, but the changes did allow the house to sell at the price I was asking. I had 5 showings and 4 offers withing just a few days. This man knows what is needed and gets it done. He did not treat me as a number, or an easy buck. I felt more like a family member. He took each step, in both avenues, in terms that the buyer or seller (both roles that were mine) could understand; he even explained some steps that really should have come from other people involved in my purchasing my new home. He is approachable and helpful. He was the reason why I was able to buy my new home. When I ran into unexpected road blocks, he had the patience needed for the buy to happen on my timetable. He helped me work through them, using people he knew he could trust. Ultimately, I am happy to say I am closing on my new house tomorrow. Thank you so much!
