I cannot praise Bob Simon too highly. My house was a challenge to market and sell; it had appeal, but only to the "right buyer" Bob was creative; hardworking and persistent. He NEVER gave up and kept on, when I had lost heart. In addition, Bob has a network of tradespeople, themselves expert in their fields, whose help was invaluable. Bob Simon is an honest and hardworking professional and I will always be thankful for his efforts on my behalf Neville MILNE
