Bob was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the first moment we met him. He made the purchase of our land in Black Mountain seamless from across state lines and maintained incredible communication during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone considering a move to WNC!

We were out of State buyers and Bob was very patient as we made several trips to Black Mountain over several months. We looked at a lot of homes. Black Mountain is a “hot” market and he always let us know of new homes coming on the market so we could make a decision on whether we should travel to see them before they were already under contract. He even Face Timed us through a couple homes to make our travel decision easier. In the end we found a great home and are happy to be part of this great community.
