I've had the pleasure of working with Bob Rouillard for the last 10 years. I find him to be very professional and dedicated. Real estate is all he does so when you call him, he responds in a very timely manner. His real estate knowledge is vast. We are house flippers and we come across many different scenarios which he was able to walk us through. We also had some deals that almost fell through which he was able to pull back together. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to do business with him myself.
