Bob is an awesome Realtor.
Bob was very knowledgeable in every aspect of our new home purchase from our first view of the house, which was done remotely, to the closing. Bob walked us through all of the many hurdles purchasing a home remotely can entail. He was excellent with all forms of communications between us, our lender, the inspection, the title company, the HOA and even advised how to handle the utility transfer. If we would gave Bob a grade it would be A plus.
