We had 4 different contracts that fell through. on the other side Bob kept us in the loop with everything going on. it was frustrating but he handled everything and knew what do and when to do it. He had to remind the other parties when contracts needed to be renewed, he stays on top of it. he also helped us buy the house we live in now. We will use him from this day forward!
