Bob was always prepared and give us excellent advice. In the end, we are super pleased with Bob!
We decided to enter this crazy market to sell our house. Bob's advice at pricing the house was very helpful. When offers submitted were over the asking price, Bob handled the communications very well. We had 43 showings the first weekend. Even at closing, Bob was there to be with us and give us helpful advice. Thanks for a great job, Bob!
