I went to Bob on the recommendation of my son and am so happy that I did. My parents have lived in the same house in Ballard for over sixty years and recently moved into an assisted living facility due to health and mobility problems. Bob also picked an escrow company that was easy to work with, they even sent a notary all the way to Stanwood to my parents apartment on a Saturday so that I didn’t have to take them into Seattle to sign the closing documents, I had no idea that could even be done, but it sure made the closing easy on us, especially me.
