The thought of moving was scary for me. We were still living in our very first home. We knew we needed a bigger home for our entire family to enjoy. But I was scared. I thought the process of having to find a home to look at and the negotiations would be a lot of work. I was wrong. Bob took care of everything. He listened to what we were wanting for our family, what we didn’t like about our current home, what area we wanted to live in and just the important things. I thought the list we came up was going to be impossible to find. Bob kept telling us to trust him. He encouraged us to look at as many houses as we could, even if he knew it wasn't the house we would want. The more houses you look at, the more we would understand the market, what you get for your money and what really was important to us. Through the processes and all the hard work done by Bob, we found our perfect home. Bob was patient and kind, but also encouraged us to look outside the box. He is beyond knowledgeable and incredibly good at what he does. He is organized and very thorough. He did all the negotiations and just took care of everything. We would not be in our new home if it were not for Bob. We can’t say enough about Bob and will always be grateful for him and Carrie for all they did to make this possible for our family.
