I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how wonderful it was to work with Bob. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, and has great communication skills. His depth of knowledge from years in the home building business was invaluable as we looked at properties. He answered every phone call, including the one I made to him while he was vacationing in Alaska. What I didn’t realize was that it was 5 AM there! He practiced patience for two years while we searched for just the right home. Finally, his skills in contract formulation and the negotiation process were exceptional. We couldn’t be happier to recommend Bob to anyone searching for a new home!
