It was an astounding experience working with Bob to find my first home. While realty and buying a new home as a first-time buyer is a complicated process, Bob made the process facile and simple. Bob and I share some characteristics that I use with my patients when communicating. For example, he made the process facile by using analogies to explain complex topics and ensured I had a complete understanding of everything discussed. Additionally, he was a great advocate and represented me immensely well in all stages of the home-buying process and to all parties involved. There are many realtors that could have helped me as a first-time buyer; however, I am confident it would have been the same experience. It would have been stressful and exhausting throughout. I also would not have a great advocate like Bob because he is passionate about his work and helping people of diverse backgrounds thrive.
