Bob is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. From the the time he our property on the market; 5 days later the property sold. I feel the expedited time in which the property sold was due to his market knowledge. He was very open and honest. I really like that he made everything transparent and the transaction in the selling of our property so smooth. He was in constant communications with us. If at any point we had a question we could call him and he was always available. I was apprehensive of real estate agents as we have heard horror stories from friends. However, with Bob it was totally different. I highly recommend him. He made us feel at ease and he handled everything so professionally. He is amazing. Thank You Bob for everything.
