Top Notch Realtor!

We relocated due to a job transfer. We were completely unfamiliar with the area and had no one to make realtor recommendations to us. We blindly reached out to Bob, but it was the luckiest choice we could have made! He was so thorough in his search in helping us find the perfect home! We had my mother-in-law moving with us, so had very specific needs in a home. We were also over 3 hours away. Bob sent so many detailed walk-thru videos of homes we were interested and gave honest feedback on the ones he felt like might work or should just be removed from our list. When we put in an offer a home, and ran into a hiccup, Bob was extremely professional in his handling of it, both with us and the other real estate professionals involved. His communication from day one until we were sitting at the closing table (honestly, even after we left closing) was always timely and calming to my nerves! I can't recommend Bob enough! We have already to a couple of co-workers who were also being relocated, and they sing his praises too! From someone who has had bad experiences with realtors, Bob was a breath of fresh air to work with.
