We worked with Bob to find a home in the south...
We worked with Bob to find a home in the south bay, specifically Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach. We're a young family looking to get our foot in the door in a highly desirably and competitive area, and Bob worked his tail off to make that happen. He's been working the area FOREVER and literally knows everyone. We would go to open houses and be asked who our broker was and they'd respond with "oh yeah, know Bob real well, he's great!" That always made us feel good :) Seriously though, if you are looking for a home in the south bay, I can't recommend Bob enough. Super hard worker, great negotiator, very responsive, and incredibly friendly too. Our 3 year old calls him her friend, so that should be reason enough to go with Bob.
