Bob had the patience of a saint with us! He walked us through the process (it had been some time since had bought our home) and was excellent at communicating new properties and possibilities that could be applied to close deals. Our home hunting process was long and at times frustrating, but only because of OUR situation, moving from one state to another with my husband at the house we were selling out of state, and me being in Colorado. Bob kept us on track and focused throughout the house hunt. He set up zoom/FaceTime walk throughs when one or both of us were not available to look at a new property that came available, he assisted us with finding a new lender when we had difficulty with ours and even went out of his way to assist with negotiating the sellers of the property we fell in love with and bought.
