Bob has been my realtor for the past 15 years. Through his professional help, I have bought and sold several homes. He has always selected homes for me to view with personal knowledge of my preferences, price range, likes and dislikes, and needs. In selling, he has given me excellent advise as to asking price, how to make the property more appealing. if and what to offer a buyer allowances for. I have always been highly satisfied with every transaction, from viewing, offers, escrow and closing. All in all, a professional, courteous and very helpful realtor.
