I highly recommend Bob as a listing agent, he far exceeded my expectations. I had some property and had listed it myself and he reached out to me, I thought about it then decided to give him a try as I really was not putting the time into it anyway. He listed it on MLS and other places, showed great pictures from a drone and described the property perfectly. Bob also followed up on many occasions providing me with market updates, how many people had inquired, comps etc. He was great!
