When the time came to sell our beloved father‘s house (which he owned for 46 years), we shopped around and found the perfect agent: Bob Hay of Keller Williams. Bob gave us the best selling price because he was knowledgeable about the town and region where the house is located, which is a huge plus. Bob took outstanding photos, made excellent recommendations when we needed contractors and service people, created a beautiful listing, including virtually adding an outdoor patio set in the photo of the empty patio, for example, so the new buyer could imagine what it would look like with modern furniture, and shared the listing on various MLS’s. Bob was there for our every concern and exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with his great customer service, professionalism, including the Showtime app, which handles all the showings so that we were aware of who was showing our property and when. And last, but not least, Bob Hay’s down-to-earth personality, delightful demeanor and genuine concern for my sisters and me, made our selling experience a positive one.
