Bob Guest

We hired Bob because not only had he been through a few cycles in North Austin, but he had the best list-to-sale price ratio of every realtor we interviewed. And his list prices were not cheap, but his system eeked out every dollar on his sales while, as it tur minimizing stress for us. We followed Bob (and his team's) instructions on what to do and when, pretty much to the letter. He and Donna kept us up to speed every step of the way. We closed today, 8% above list price. Very happy with our decision. Would recommend highly.
