Bob doesn't show homes. He sells homes.
This is the second house I have sold with Bob. Bob is great because he shows you how to sell your home. A master at staging. And an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. He makes your home marketable so it doesn't sit on the market, but gets plenty of traffic. So it's not a matter of if it sells, but when. I highly recommend Bob!
