Bob has been nothing helpful and courteous to our needs and wants. We have ran him all over the place and never a bad comment, only good useful hints and suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Bob was very patient with our 2 year long search for our first home. Anytime we saw a listing we were interested in he got back to us quickly with current information and possible showings. Friendly, listened to our changing needs, and we definitely would use him again in selling or purchasing new property!!

Bob Frappia showed us houses over several weekends. He had done his research on our behalf and only showed us houses we could be interested in. Everything was well organized so it would save us time . Once we found the house he went to bat for us and wrote a letter to the seller that might very well have been the reason we got the house. Bob was able to get me the most amazing house with an excellent price on a really hot real estate area in Napa. Bob skills and knowledge got this difficult purchase since the house was in court, with multiples interest over the house. He was really diligent to get all necessary inspection on time to get the house. If I did not have Bob on my site during this purchase I would have lost this house and I would not be able to get any property in Napa. I really thankful for his work and really recommend him for any real estate business.
