We were new to the area and didn’t know anyone...
We were new to the area and didn’t know anyone to give us a recommendation for a good agent. We spent weeks interviewing agents trying to find the right one. I knew we would hire Bob after our first phone meeting. He displayed a high level of knowledge and confidence that made us feel at ease as first time buyers. We viewed a few homes until finding our dream home that has several other offers. Bob was able to Negotiate a fair price that was within our budget.
