Bob did a great job assisting my wife and I with our first home purchase. He was vital throughout a tough negotiation with the sellers realtor and was able to help us secure a price nearly 10% below the appraisal value. His attention to detail helped us discover a radon problem in the home and he was able to help us get a mitigation system installed before we closed. Overall, Bob was very pleasant to work with and my wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
