Bob Dalsimer

Bob is a stud. The guy helped us so damn much, I'm not really sure on where to begin. I had talked with other agents, as they're everywhere, but I knew almost instantly Bob was different. The guy actually wanted to hear what we had to say as potential buyers and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. He went above and beyond by getting our condo complex reapproved for FHA loans (something literally every other agent refused or did not know how to do), dealt with a "noisy" seller, and really made what was initially a very anxiety driven situation into a smooth transition where he and his team took care of us. Truly an awesome guy and I can't recommend him enough.
