Bob called on an off market property for us which was not available but the other realtor told him of a property that was going to be listed shortly. We got in 2 days early because we were in town and had a signed contract the next day. Bob has helped us find painters, floor and tile workman and a handyman. He did the walk thru for us since we were out of state. He got the keys for us after closing because we could not be there and did everything thru docusign. Bob did an outstanding job for us!
