Even though we decided to purchase an inventory home from a builder instead of an existing home, Bob was beneficial in the process. Bob walked through the house and helped us identify all of the issues that needed fixed. He also worked with the builder to make sure all issues were taken care of prior to closing. I would highly recommend Bob.
