Kristen Quinn was recommended to me through Zillow when I started inquiring and searching for my home. Although the search could be stressful and emotionally draining at times she never left my side. There was never a time that I couldn't call or text her with questions or concerns. There was never a dumb question and she always reassured me that if she didn't know the answer she would be diligent with getting the answer. She helped navigate me through the process of putting up an offer and helped me stay within my budget. Kristen has an abundance of patience, resilience, sticktoitiveness, and passion. After going to the first house and not being successful she figured exactly what type of style of house that I wanted. Not only was she personable but she considered me family and took all the care that I needed during this process. She made such an impression on me but on my family as well. We finally found one and I purchased it on October 31, 2023. Once walking into the house we knew right away that it was going to need some love, care and my special touch to make it my own. Kristen reassured me and provided me with a house painter Laura from Haven House, Pest Control with Pest Now, and the Mr. Carpet and Air Duct Man. Just like like having Kristen in my corner everyone she recommended took care of. Whoever Kristen recommends for a job are people who she trusts and have a professional relationship with where they all work hand in hand. Kristen has become an extension of my family and I love how my house is transforming right before my eyes for my forever home.
