I recently had the pleasure of buying my forth home in my fourth state with the assistant of Pat Dorman of Bob and Ronna Group. The purchase was for a Townhouse in Laurel, MD 20723. I do not exaggerate when I say that every task my agent, Pat Dorman, controlled was executed without a flaw. From our initial meeting thru my purchase Pat was out front and patient while adjusting and preparing recommendations based on my infinite adjustments changes. I feel like I was sometimes all over the state map from wanting a large place with lots of land to saying I may have defer getting a dog the size of horse. Anyway, as a realtor with a builders background (General Contractor), Pat shared his experiences about new and or older areas, building materials, structures etc., to enable my own, but best, decision. For now, I am sincerely pleased I landed in an end unit Townhouse build in 2021. As we approached closing I recall sitting and then started to vent about the reality and drudgery of moving, renting equipment, getting a truck. Pat responded with I have a truck for you just let me know when you need it. After move it, Pat followed up with me to see how I was settling. I was venting again about a big piece of furniture, Pat had the answer, "do you know you can just call ...and they'll pick that up for you". What I am saying is Pat Dorman is good at what he does and he is presonable and professional doing it.
