The listing realtor was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood as well as the house. Considering that we are from out of town, the suggestions he provided for home inspectors and contractors for after-purchase work was extremely helpful. During the close, the sellers and buyers were in a comfortable setting and paperwork was handled quickly. In addition, the agency offered their moving truck free-of-charge - this was an added perk. Our family cannot say enough about the positive experience we had when buying our home.

Our experience in working with Bob and Ronna team was a highly positive one. We had our choice of realtors as part of a job relocation package. We went with Mike Thurnes from the Bob and Ronna Group to sell our house in MD. He is a friendly guy, but a tough negotiator. We needed a realtor with an idea of how quickly things can change in a military move so it was nice having someone who has been there, done that. I have already recommended him to friends and family.
