My agent was Tiffany Ogden. She was an amazing agent from the start, to completing the sale, and even beyond the sale! Many agents get the basics right so I instead want to spend the little time I have with the reader highlighting the following special treatments I got: 1. During a virtual walkthrough, Tiffany took off her shoes precisely so that she could feel any un-evenness in the flooring, cracks, and paid attention to noises and tested the floors to see where the noises came from. 2. During the negotiations with the seller, Tiffany kept in close contact with the other agent and kept me in the loop on a daily basis. Every back and forth we had it felt like Tiffany and I were in a room together as a team doing negotiations live. 3. After closing the sale she has helped me with a few questions each time I've asked to call. She's insisted that she remains available and it genuinely feels that way. Lastly and I think most importantly - Tiffany's communication was incredible. Super fast response times at all hours of the day, days before holidays, etc. I literally never once felt like I had to even wait much at all to get a response from her. I don't know how she balances everything out but it was amazing to see how easy it was to get a hold of her. I cannot offer a stronger recommendation for Tiffany Ogden. If you have the option to choose an agent, choose her. I promise you won't go wrong.
