Mike Thurnes was the best realtor we could have asked for to handle our son's first home purchase! I felt like he wanted the best for him and his wife, and he took the time to explain processes and what things should be factoring into decisions - always with a smile. He worked hard to get closing to happen ridiculously fast and knew what needed to be said and done to get the offer accepted. He was always reachable and responsive when questions needed to be answered or a tour needed to be scheduled. I don't know when he sleeps and yet his energy and love for his job are contagious! He truly cares about the client and ensures their needs are met in the end. Thank you Mike for everything you did to make Kyle and Kara homeowners!

I signed a contract on a Monday and Erika quickly arranged for professional pictures, a "coming soon", the listing , and facilitated numerous showings that Friday through Sunday. With my husband and I expecting our first child (Susan was actually one of the first people outside of our family to find out), time was of the essence!
