She really made our 1st time home buying experience rather easy. If you are in the Baltimore market, I definitely refer Vera as your realtor, if you're looking for a responsive, honest and knowledgeable realtor she checks all the boxes. The only reservation of a 5-star review, is the minor but particular details that wasn't handled as best as it could have been. We selected a townhome, we didn't receive the mailbox key nor the location of where our box was, the key codes to the front door and all the bedrooms, there was somethings left by the previous owner we will have to paid to get disposed of, there was a few minor home repairs that needed attention asap as well. Outside of that everything else went as planned, please in the future when selling townhomes be sure the new owner has access to all the key points listed above.

Jen McGraw is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!! We told her our plans of wanting to move to Maryland while we were up here just aimlessly looking for places. My brother contacted her and within hours we had listings and were out looking for places. When we returned to South Carolina she contacted us everyday with new listings. She even went as far as doing walkthroughs for us and video calling us to show us the properties.
