Working with bob Cervone exceeded all my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. There is not enough positive things to say about Bob. I found Bob by networking the EXP community. Not a realtor, myself, I was interested in working with someone who had local knowledge of the Hatboro-Horsham area. Bob immediately jumped on the interest. I met with Bob and a local, DD.
