Way beyond what I expected

I expected little more than a MLS listing with photographs but Bob went way beyond this. Some brief comments: • Showed us comps and arrived at fair price and resulting in rapid sale. • Gave us the emotional support we needed to relocate. • Arranged for packing help. • Obtained contractors to clean and make repairs. • Suggested and managed updates necessary to sell house. • Got us 'move out specialist' who took over "Sell, Donate or Trash". • Managed house with daily visits after our move-out.
