I worked with Susie to sell my 2 bed 2 bath condo in Gunbarrel, she was great. I was renting the property and living out of state when we started the process, and I travel a good deal for work. She coordinated everything, from tenant negotiations, to repairs, to staging. An absolute rockstar and a pleasure to work with.
Susie was awesome! We were buying our first home and she made the process run so smoothly! We were intimidated by home buying in general--concerned we couldn't afford the type of house we wanted, didn't know what areas to look in (moved from out of state), and ignorant to the process. Susie patiently led us through the process, providing support and guidance when needed, or stepping back when found our footing and we're ready to steer the ship. She was accessible and went above and beyond to help us find our PERFECT first home (my husband and I actually both feel like this could be our forever home). She even provided us with some connections to various services we needed to get our house ready. She was never pushy or judgemental. I think she really cares about finding people a home that is right for them and meets their needs.
