Bob is very knowledgeable on all facets of the real estate business and was a great asset to us during our purchase. He is a native of Prescott and knows the market well. His long term banking experience was also critical in the process. He takes the initiative and follows up with all parties involved....sellers, agents, title company, inspections. We highly recommend Bob for anyone considering a purchase or sale in Prescott.

Bob knows the Prescott market well having grown up here. He spent 40+ years in the banking industry. He is detail oriented and organized. He is easy to talk to and is very prompt answering questions. His objectivity is important to clients as he looks out for their best interest. I'm so glad I had Bob working with me to find the best property. I worked with him from a Buyer's perspective and will soon have him as my listing agent.

Good communication and utmost professionalism.

Bob was a pleasue to work with and we intend to use him in a future purchase. He helped us to identify a property we eventually purchased and has maintained contact with us to insure we are pleased with everything. Actually we have worked with him on two properties, the first we decided to not purchase and the second we are very pleased with. He is knowledgable and forthright, qualities we appreciate.

Bob was an excellent agent who was very communicative throughout the process. He was prompt with giving and delivering all documents, and made the process extremely easy for us.
