Bo was professional, knowledgeable, and understood the sales market well. He went the extra mile searching for contractors, having several give bids on electrical, plumbing, and water under house issues. Since I live out of state, this was paramount in not only getting the best price for me, but greatly reducing my stress. He was "on it" with everything, and quickly responded to my phone calls. After evicting my tenant, the home needed a great deal of work before putting it on market for sale, and he gave good advice on what needed to be done inside and outside, and what did not. He is excellent conversing with people, including negotiating sales offers. My son has used him as his agent in sale/purchase of 3 homes and would not use anyone else, so I used him, and was extremely happy.
