Blumel Adams Group

We were fortunate enough to have been given a referral for the Blumel Adams Group to help us to sell a cooperative in Washington D.C. We were co-owners with our son and live in Missouri and our son out of country so logistics could have been difficult. We worked mostly with Kerry Adams and Londi Guerra and some with Dayna. Although our property was comparatively small, the team could not have been more attentive and helpful. We were given updates throughout the process. There were may showings and always feedback on each. Any questions were answered immediately. During the sale of our property, the team made sure that all paperwork was handled carefully and without any errors. We received our closing paperwork the next day.
